The draft rules also would bar federal agencies from assessing the emissions from projects that contribute to global warming and its effect on species and habitats.

Default Endangered Species Act under attack
September 15 is only a few short days away. (there is a 30 day comment period that is coming to an end)
The Endangered Species Act is under attack. what US citizens can do.

What I did that was so easy, thanks to Ocean Conservancy, sent e-mails to my elected officials on their format, and got results.
I recieved letters from all of the Congressmen and Senators applauding my efforts and acknowledging my e-mail. This is kinda like a vote, you will get heard and noted on this very important issue.

I encourage you to open the link and send an e-mail to your State elected officials.
