I didn't suggest a petition as I agree they are pretty useless. I said write to the tourist board letting them know how their decision is affecting their tourist industry. Not likely to have much impact I admit but better than a petition.

Wonder if you could book a holiday and then cancel at the last minute without incurring too much cost? Or order goods from fictitious addies?

Check this out. For seven straight days, Jonathan Harris took at least one photograph every five minutes on an Alaskan whale hunt. In the process, he may have reinvented how we tell stories.

That is amazing KK. I saw this in Nature today as well.

Some Antarctic orcas use the cunning tactic of regularly hunting in packs and making waves to wash seals off floating ice.

Whale brains may be the key to treating strokes. A Japanese aquarium is celebrating this by outfitting their Beluga whales with festive holiday santa hats!
