Very true, but the key issue is that it will increase the amount of debris being left on the road and footpath, as the thieves rummage through the waste for the valuable stuff. Its unlikely they will take all of it, and unlikely to care about leaving the place tidy.

So from now should we keep the garbage/recycleable items in locked containers or something or should we introduce some anti-theft measures!
