Hi dhooran,
A curious set of questions you've posted.
Wind energy is effectively a form of solar energy, strictly speaking. Wind is the movement of air masses between hot and cooler parts of the globe.
Practically, the wind can blow 24 hours a day in a given location, while the sun is only visible for a limited number of hours. Having said that, the availability of daylight is far easier to predict than the strength of the wind from minute to minute.
How much do you know about energy production systems, before any of us reals off detail that you already know?
Please post an introduction in the forum by the same name. It should help people to answer your vague questions more usefully.
