That's the same thing Darry L. Boyd, Sr. did when he was CEO of IWC, Industrial Weighing Corporation, Carlsbad and Oceanside, CA. He sold private stock, distributorships, dealers and then closed the doors. Sounds like I got scammed. Now he's popped up here. He still owes me over $5,000 from 1997. He never returned calls or emails after he got my money but he did send the stock certificates.
