New Solar Panel breakthrough?

This company: http://www.dbksolar.com/ claims that they will offer significantly better performing solar panels starting in March 2006.

Their "Alpha Solar Panel" will offer (according to them) the ability to generate up 1050 kwhr with the use of only 2 panels; as opposed to 35-45 needed by current competitors.

If true, this is revolutionary, as the panels will be the size of a current panel that produces only ~200w of power. Sound fishy? Anyone willing to call them?

Called and left message, and emailed data to them. Thanks for the link. I'll see if they'll ship factory direct to a self installer. They seem to trend to dealers (with their increased costs) and to intertie systems(also more costly) and not panels alone. I'll report back when they contact me.
No email, no phone call--the more it sounds phony.

One of their sales team said they'd drop by with some more information in an email this morning. Hopefully they'll sign up once they get a spare minute.

I'd really like for us to follow through on this one. The claims by this company are intriguing. I just hope they are valid.

I was told that the independent testing is almost complete and is progressing well. According to the website (& emails I recieved) orders are being taken.
