In a blistering attack, Nevada’s Republican senator John Ensign has launched an offensive against solar energy lobbyists, ahead of a crucial vote on renewable energy tax credits.
Sounds like the solar energy lobbyists aren't getting the corporate welfare they want-which is a good thing. Alternative energy sources can "go mainstream" when they compete on a level playing field. Competition will sort out the best, most efficient approaches, rather than those that can pander best to government officials.
