about time and anything with a roof such as bus shelters, buildings etc should be fitted with solar panels and feeding something back into the grid but the argument will be money, as it always is.

In fact they could use the solar powered Billboard to promote solar powered Billboards. You would then have a recursive solar powered Billboard campaign.
