I am sorry for getting excited and writing nonsense in the above post. Thanks Adi for making me realise about it.

Calls to begin sterilizing the human population have previously been put forward by former secretary of State and high ranking Bilderberger Henry Kissinger in a declassified document of the National Security Council (1974) entitled "The Implications of World-wide Population Growth on the Security and External Interests of the United States".

THE NSSM 200 DIRECTIVE AND THE STUDY REQUESTED - The Life and Death of NSSM 200 - Chapter 3

This document lists, as a priority, birth-rate control in 13 key countries in the Third World, especially in South America. Extraordinary resources were allotted to the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) to implement the policy of birth-rate control.

The memorandum basically stresses the need to offer increased aid for third world countries that agree to implement programs of sterilization and depopulation.

Kissinger also prepared a depopulation manifesto for President Jimmy Carter called 'Global 2000' which detailed using food as a weapon to depopulate the third world.

Schiller Institute- Kissinger's 1974 Genocide Plan- NSSM 200-Exposed Join Food For Peace Movement

The United Nations Population Fund directly supports policies such as that of the "one child policy" in Communist China which encapsulates coercive and enforced abortion.

In 2002 Secretary of State Colin Powell stated in a letter to Congress:

"Regrettably, the People's Republic of China has in place a regime of severe penalties on women who have unapproved births. This regime plainly operates to coerce pregnant women to have abortions in order to avoid the penalties and therefore amounts to a ‘program of coercive abortion.’ Regardless of the modest size of UNFPA’s budget in China or any benefits its programs provide, UNFPA's support of, and involvement in, China's population-planning activities allows the Chinese government to implement more effectively its program of coercive abortion.”

Yet The UNPFA seem to think this is a great thing:

"China has had the most successful family planning policy in the history of mankind in terms of quantity and with that, China has done mankind a favour," United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) representative Sven Burmester said last week. —10/11/99 Agence France-Presse

We should all hope that Prince Philip lives to a ripe old age, as we wouldnt want him reincarnated :
"In the event that I am reincarnated, I would like to return as a deadly virus, in order to contribute something to solve overpopulation."

Then there's the debate about vaccines being loaded with mercury and other nasties. Another potential future stealth measure for population control?

Critics ask why flu shot doesn't match strain

At that population technological advances in food production, medicine and technology in general could raise the living standards of all the emerging and third world countries. Wars would be reduced because scarce resources could be better distributed and shared. As I said before, an agressive and effective world-wide family planning program would quickly reduce the world's population withing a few generations.
While I might agree with you, in theory, that a reduction of the world population would be the perfect solution to a lot of problems, I am not happy to inform you that the population explosion is a natural phenomenon that is not going to continue to take place until it is becoming "normal" for all human females, regardless of cultural background, to give birth to no more than one or two children each. The US Census Bureau seems to be hopeful that this is going to be the case sometime around 2050; at which point the world population will have reached 9+ billion people: a 40 percent increase as compared to the 6.7 billion people who are around today. 2.5 - 3 billion people will be added to the world population in the next fifty years. Which will be the equivalent of adding one China, one India, and then some.

An aggressive and effective family planning program would not reduce the world's population. It would only work in the direction of stabilizing it more quickly.

The idea of depopulation might be a good one, but it is not realistic! It is mathematically impossible! The population explosion is a question of population dynamics. Not until the enormous number of children of today have become old women and men will the world population even start to stabilize! Population reduction is a dream that cannot come true. That's the reality of population dynamics. I'm sorry to say.

There is no way that, that lifestyle could even be initiated much less sustained for the current 6.5 billion souls on this planet much less for the projected 9.0 billion in 2030 ! So unless we reduce the human footprint, substantially, we and the present species on this planet are probably doomed.
As the population explosion continues to go its course it is going to prove impossible to reduce gross consumption. I mean: as the population grows, gross consumption is quite naturally going to increase. Now, let me tell you that I am in favour of a reduction of general consumption, but I know it is a dream that can't come true. It is mathematically impossible.

While the world population is going to rise by 40 precent in the next few decades and then hopefully start to stabilize, it is becoming evermore self-evident that everyone, no matter where they live, are interested in adopting the classic American lifestyle. Every African wants to live the American dream and be the owner of a couple of cars and a good house that is equipped with a lot of electronical devices. And who's to say that every African should not be allowed to pursue such ambitions?! Never mind the ecological footprint: if Americans are free to do it, then every African, every Indian, every Chinese, and every Arab is also free to do it. It is a matter of human dignity, that's all.

Even though this development might not be very wise! Who cares if it's not wise?! It's a question of fairness! It is also a question of prosperity! It may also be a question of ecological footprints, but hey: if the Americans can do it?! - Ah, forget about it!!!

As a social anthropologist by education, let me just add that there is a god-awful number of family and clan based cultures around the world. These are places where every youth is quite used to having six, eight, eleven or even as many as *sixteen* brothers and sisters. Regardless of gender, and as a matter of culture, tradition, and upbringing, these youths can hardly imagine a future of not having a lot of children of their own.

The question of culture, tradition, and upbringing should not be taken lightly. Before the average West African woman gives birth to no more than a couple of children, and do so as a matter of personal choice, I am telling you: it is going to take a social revolution of the kind that is affecting the entire cultural system of that area. It is a very tall order indeed!

What a thread!

I guess this is where I have to come out and say that I do not believe in the whole Global Warming conspiracy. This is derived from the top of the pyramid as is global terrorism.

Well, many of the more powerful people on the top of the pyramid are *seriously* having The Number of the Beast in mind. And this is a social fact that is certainly doing things to the world culture, no matter what or how we want to think about it. Plenty of people with tremendous power are feeling exceptionally nervous about some few things that they really can't say, and it is causing confusion and it is causing a lot of stress. What with the world economy going absolutely unstable? - It could be seen as a side-effect of the confusion and stress that is caused by a ruling class that is going spiritual and becoming very emotional: anxious, afraid, anguished, hateful, concerned, and so on: ... and very emotional political and cultural leaders can easily be the cause of interesting times indeed, so to speak. -

The people at the top of the pyramid already control all of the English speaking countries, almost all of Latin America, & Japan as well. Once majority of the planet is controlled by them the remaining countries will be deemed a threat in one fabricated way or another. Right now we see the countries in the Middle East being revamped with new governments whom are selected by the people at the top of the pyramid. These new governments will comply.
Once the world population has bought all of their fabricated threats and surrender their liberties & human rights the game for humans living in freedom will cease to exist.....As well as borders and individual governments.

If the New World Order people get it their way ... uh, I'm not at all used to writing about these things: it's been part of my mind and soul for a lot of years, but up until now I've been trying to be as level-headed as I could possible be. What would I know about the manner of thinking and reasoning that is going on in the upper levels of the social and cultural pyramid which is the modern world system??!!! All I know is that all things philosophical has changed tremendously over the past few years, and that there are serious political, economic and cultural changes underway. I'm no part of it! I'm just a poor bastard who is now having a history of being extremely idealistic about too many important things. - --

In terms of the terrorism they are waging war against, I absolutely agree with you: it is certainly derived from the top of the pyramid. Osama Bin Laden is nothing but a symbol, and Al Qaida ... I don't know? ... it could be a New World Order instrument, that's all ...

The Pharaos of our times are playing the end game: what is happening on this planet is the end of one civilization and the beginning of a new one. A new era is upon us. Only time can tell what this new era will be all about, but I know it's got a lot of things to do with some serious money. I mean, that's what social life is all about anyway. Either you have the money or you don't, and that's that.
