Confirm it after 12 years.

Moreover regarding French Nuclear Power Plants, I hope you know about 2 leaks that occured from it. I don't know if someone is still interested to get french nuclear technology.

Is this because France would otherwise have to dissipate the unneeded electricity in a heat sink and so, wisely, sells it cheaply to other countries?!?

Or the price of electricity sold by France to the UK? Would that info be in the DTI (or which ever deprtment's currently responsible) energy statistics? If so i don't mind nipping down to the library but I hate looking at those kinds of documents online, too many different subfiles to open, see they aren't want you want, and then close.
