... Well, in the latest episode Hank Hill again takes a stand for sustainable living, this time when it comes to environmentally sound living. While everyone else is buying carbon credits and just continuing to live and use energy the way they always had, Hank is convinced that the only thing that will really make a difference is fundamental changes. He begins carpooling, adjusting the air conditioning, turning off lights, and planting trees. You can watch the episode online at Fox or on Hulu if you have an account.

I love the fact that in both episodes the show is really championing practical ways to support sustainable farms and sustainable living in general. It isn't overly politicized or condescending, they just tout the benefits of food that tastes great, animals that are allowed to be animals, and ways that we can be more thoughtful in our living. ...
