I have been long planning to write a very influential book which does good. This is my third attempt to find a solution to the problem of overpopulation on this Earth by birth control; I hope that this time it will be perfect. I don’t repeat some of the arguments which I have provided in my previous articles, I’m going to give fresh thoughts instead. I think this needs a political solution instead, but I'm not sure. Very hard question, and I have too little experience in it, so maybe experts and some discussion could answer this question better.
As the strategy of a Hungarian Environmentalist Organization says, natural resources should be owned by the State (the community of all its inhabitants),...
