Here's a suggestion from the Commercial arena. Ian Tansley who used to be a leading light in CAT Centre for Alternative Technology in Wales. Some years back Ian set up Bright Light Solar which is the lead supplier of Solar Powered fridges for the UN in Africa and his new company True Energy is co bidder with Honeywell for the renewable energy portion of the uplift of the London Assembly building stock to make it greener, an initiative led by Ken Livingstone.

I have suggested Ian as he can give an insight into the uptake and use of of renewables by commerce and NGOs. contact for Ian would be ian(dot)tansley(at)trueenergy.co.uk

Alternatively Ken Livingstone who seems to be the only mainstream politician actually doing rather than saying!

Best wishes

Simon

I thank the Lord each day that I do not have to live or visit London.I do hope that Boris takes the place in hand soon as I hate watching such a magic city go to hell as is now.

How about Dr Mark Diesendorf?

Or, Sir David Attenborough?

Or, even, David Suzuki?

What about my personal most favourite: Ausra Chairman David Mills?

Thanks for the suggestion. I've contacted Dr Diesendorf and a few other people regarding interviews so hopefully something can be arranged. Unfortunately the likes of David Attenborough and Ken Livingstone are very high profile so getting interviews is pretty hard work. I think we should walk before we run

Right, it just so happens that my favourite really would be Dr Mark anyway I think.

That would truly be excellent, thankyou adi!

Matthew Simmons to talk about use of liquid ammonia as a fuel. Synthesized from solar, wind, ocean. He has talked about this a little and has stated that it needs more attention.

I read this on the news earlier today and actually said to my husband, who would hook a bottle of ammonia up to a barbecue? I had no idea it actually could be used as a fuel. I'm not sure I like the sound of it, although I suppose realistically petrol sniffing isn't a good thing either and yet we keep pouring the stuff into our cars.

Five hospitalised after inhaling ammonia fumes - ABC News (Australian Broadcasting Corporation)

(Interesting example of synchronicity coming across this post just a few hours later btw.)

Default 3 EPA guest suggestion, 1 local

The 3 EPA suggestions are Federal; Global (USA still #1 with pollution Globally)
and Florida's Water Pollution is Global. Right into the Gulfstream daily.
We share alot with you.
Now as for that Crackerboy..., he's just a local 'ticked off' Eco nut. and a riot.
