In Florida we battle an Invasive Vine that suffocates 1000's of Acres of Habitat.

The local Dept Envir. Protection, Envirn Resource Mgmt., and South Florida Water Mgmt. all have different tactics to deal with the problem:
Hand Removal- very dangerous with snakes and alligators
Chemical- not too friendly, it kills everything
Isolated Fires- watch out for the Wind
