What's relevant is that you made a point that I don't stick to facts.
If I don't, you should have no difficulty in citing something or anything that I claimed as fact that isn't.
Do so and that would make your point elegantly and succinctly.

Read whatever you want into my comments on your deceptive example on showing charging in minutes to be silly. That's your choice. You clearly indicated the article EEStor Ultracapacitor Shuns Publicity was silly to suggest "charge in minutes as opposed to hours" and nothing you say will explain away that fact. Whether you claimed your example to be fact or not and regardless of the degree of its correctness or otherwise, is irrelevant to my point. What's relevant to the point I have been making, is that you inappropriately used your example to falsely show the article EEStor Ultracapacitor Shuns Publicity claims of charging in minutes to be silly. Clearly the articles claims when seen in appropriate context of charging stations, are not silly, but in fact very convincing and very real.

After laying off 18 percent of its workforce two weeks ago (69 people out of 384, we have confirmed with the company) and reportedly burning through all but $9 million in cash, Tesla is getting another lifeline in the form of a $40 million convertible. That is convertible as in debt, not convertible as in riding with the top down. Investors have now sunk $186 million into the company.

Good news.

Looks like Tesla are angling for some bailout money as well.

My Way News - Automakers beg for aid as bailout bill stalls
General Motors, Chrysler and Tesla Motors Inc. have applied for loans and Ford CEO Alan Mulally said the automaker plans to apply on Tuesday. GM, Chrysler and Ford have not disclosed the amount of funding they're seeking from the Energy Department or for what purposes. Tesla said it was seeking about $400 million in loans for two projects.

If the World doesn't blow up, when it is released in 2012, I might consider buying the affordable "BlueStar" from Tesla Motors for 30 000$.

If/when you get it, I hope it meets or exceeds your expectations and that it's practicality suit your requirements.

Of course. I'm still confident Tesla Motors will do a good job on this one too.

How would it be so cheap?
