Well, they've got so many people employed in the beaurocratic section of modern European society; these employees have all got to do something in order to feel that they are indeed working for a living.

I have envied Europe for what seem to be very good consumer regulations regarding toys, clothes, etc, compared to what we have here, but this is ridiculous. You can't sell it for a lower price, you can't even give it away????
