Thanks for the link. Interesting article. I'm sure I've heard of a piggery here in Australia doing something like that as an environmentally friendly way of cutting costs. It was interesting to read about the wider benefits, eg regarding health.
I think the real market for this process would be feed lots and dairy farms. It could be much larger scale and the improvement in air quality would be significant.
Anaerobic digesters seem particularly suitable for countries such as India because it's generally nice and warm for the bacteria over there. They're also quite low tech. I wonder how much of the methane leaks out though.
