we had the same sort of day but it has become cold since sunset. Last night [,which was warm and humid ] I walked to a meeting near by at 7 pm and there were a few leaves on the pavement,by 9.30 when i came back the place had a thick carpet of leaves,Autumn has arrived at last.
Its nice to have the changes Andrea,if you ever spend time in the Gulf where it hardly ever changes you get bored and will end up longing for a rainy day in Manchester.I'm looking forward to a few nice crisp morning walks with the slight crunch of frost under me booties and that lovely clear crystal air of early winter.

Couldn't agree more. I'm not a lizard, and therefore not excited by lots of hot sunny weather.
