I've got a proper fireplace now, and am waiting for it to get cold enough to justify a fire, but at the moment... well I wore a sweatshirt out and about at work for the first time yesterday, and it's still t-shirt temperature indoors so far.

Been raining here this morning. Seems to have rained every Wednesday for about the past month. I've noticed because I have to go out in later to play football...

It is nice here near Washington, D.C. around high 50 degrees fahrenheit.

Much of England, Wales and Scotland (presumably Ireland too) is very blustery and cool with occasional heavy rain. It'll be like this for at least the next 36 hours for many of us.

I escaped getting very wet as I rode to work today. It only rained hard for the last 5 minutes of my journey.

It's still very mild (considering it is early November), and it looks like bonfire night firework displays will all be a bit wet.

That's a pretty accurate description of the weather up here in Cumbria right now. The last three or four weeks feels like it's been much wetter than normal.

It is an interesting question that has been posed. Here it is windy, but sunny, and quite cold today, although in recent weeks it has been quite warm for this time of the year (I haven't really touched my heating yet). I don't follow climate change/global warming in great detail, but it really does confuse me, mainly because I have heard so much research that has contradicted itself. Some say it is a natural occurrance, as studies showed hot summers back in the 60s-70s, and others say the opposite. Anyone else confused like me? I can't make my mind up. Just like the weather.
