In the 1800's in Edinburgh you had to be quick to get out of the way if you heard the shout "Gardi Loo" for this would be followed by a nasty bucket of poo being thrown from an upper window in the tall elegant buildings.That was the way of disposing of sewage at the time .Itwas ,I believe swept up but maybe someone near there can confirm that in many streets the s**t rose to first floor level and that many buildings have an entrance at the back which is 1 floor below current street level to the front.
I do not like the new versions of the earth systems due to patents and I will come back to this later.Some one please kick my coffin later to remind me.
