The main benefits would come from the extra oxygen instead helping to produce a bigger bang for less molecules. That means an old dirty untuned engine would run better. But you still use more fuel. You need a lot of hydrogen to produce much of a difference and then a 12 volt battery won't do. The claims they usually give break the conservation of energy law so all claims are really a load of crap.

The Iceland government has a plan to eliminate the import of oil products as soon as possible by replacing them with hydrogen derived from electrolyisis energised by hydro and geothermal power, of which they have a huge amount. So far, they have some buses working on hydrogen. I am not sure what other uses they have.
Scams of telling people there is some magic method of improving car miles per gallon or some such involving water are just the usual con trick.
It's a bit like the the lectures I have heard from earnest people who assure me that Tesla invented a more efficient method of building a steam turbine by putting little holes in the blade. If it is more efficient the industry would have adopted it a century ago.

i havent done a mileage test. but im not really that concerned about it. the benefits to the environemnt are more important.
read the book thats on the link. if a person were to utelize everything shown in the book, my guess is that the testimony of the people that are using it are true.

It's a scam, definitely not more environmentally friendly. It would be if you had electricity generators on your braking system (such as a hybrid car) and used that electricity instead. But using an alternator straight off an engine is a power loss.
Every time you convert energy from one form to another, there is a power loss, never a power gain. That means fuel to mechanical to electrical to hydrogen to mechanical to driving force. 6 conversions rather than 2. each one producing heat as a non absorbable energy byproduct of each conversion.

browns gas, which is generated in the on-demand hydrogen generator consumes all unburned fuel, does not drain the battery, if you have heartburn, you can drink the water, and it will relieve your heartburn. Browns gas will burn and consume two types of nuclear energy almost completely on the first burning. its real. check it out, browns gas is real. its what made the hindenburg blow up.
look at these sites.

my nephew was there. he is the one who made the movie, and he experience firsthand the increase in power, and the change made to the exhaust. its real. and if you cant understand it, thats your problem. buy the book. i did, and i have even made 5 extra. want one? make an offer.
it sounds like you are fixed on some different history of this method. the fact is, it does work. there IS definite improvements to my car. As far as mileage goes, like i said earlier, i have seen a slight increase, maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me, but i know for sure there is absoutely NO loss WHATSOEVER to my gas mileage when using the unit.

Bollocks!
Read up on water injection which helps cool the air before combustion and cleans the inside from carbon deposits, would do exactly the same job. Water injection also leads to a slight power increase. But still less fuel efficiency. The old bomb you tried it on has a clogged up 20 year old air filter using 50 gallons per mile. A slight oxygen injection from the fancy electrolysis device reduced it to 40 gallons per mile eh? Try replacing the air filter and giving it a tune up instead and get the typical 40 miles per gallon.
Why don't you also buy Peter Brock's Polariser while you are at it, another worthwhile contribution to vehicle kind.
