Brand new 1930s house is built to test energy efficiency
E.ON, one of Britain's big six energy suppliers, is teaming up with the University of Nottingham to build a replica 1930s house which will be used to test technologies aimed at improving the energy performance of Britain's ageing housing stock. Check the Video, too.
Interesting . I guess location was an issue for them to build a new house rather than just buy a vacant one?
