There is a tide in the affairs of men
Which, taken at the flood, leads on to fortune;
Omitted, all the voyage of their life
is bound in shallows and in miseries.
On such a full sea are we now afloat.
And we must take the current when it serves,
Or lose our ventures. (Shakespeare-Julius CaesarIV.ii.269–276)
This philosophy is wise indeed, suggesting that while we do not have total control over our lives, we do have a responsibility to take what few measures we can to live nobly and honourably. The only problem is that it is not always so easy to recognize these nudges of fate, be they opportunities or warnings. Life is influenced by both fate and free will: human beings must be shrewd enough to recognize when events offer them an opportunity and bold enough to take advantage of it
The difference between opportunity and tragedy lies in one’s view of life. There are no tragedies. There is only a belief in tragedies. Truly, there is only opportunity.
The repeated failures to interpret events correctly and to adapt themselves to such events as they unfold form the basis for most of the illusion of tragedy that occurs in one’s life.
There is evidence of global warming between 1000AD and 1100AD, as listed below, that when compared to present world events should set some forebodings in one’s mind such as is capable of simple analysis.
Surely, one can recognize that the rhythmic movement of planets does have some effect on one another: that such effect can be organized in an engineering manner for analysis. The releasing of the solar energies as I have described are facts and easily verified using the same techniques of program writing as I have done.
What I have shown in previous essays compares the analysis with events as they happen. For example, the previous essay described a releasing solar system, the recent earthquake of M4.3 located at Tom’s place is a result. These events have a cause and I am describing that cause.
M4.3 2008/06/28 07:44:10 37.586N 118.819W 13 km ( 8 mi) WNW of Toms Place, CA.
The location of this event is a few miles south of the Mammoth Mt Volcano a popular skiing resort in California. There is ongoing thermal activity at the mountain that I wrote about in earlier essays.
The history described below occurred as the Jupiter system of force dipped below 1732 beginning in 1008AD and reaching a low point in December 1057. The end of that period came in October 1146AD. A similar system is occurring today. The Jupiter system of force dipped below 1732 in February 1981. It will reach a low point in November of 2029 and then begin rising to the same level of 1732 in April 2060. A low Jupiter system of force will continue to December, 2111 and will quickly rise to a high of 1832 in December 2119, not seen since December 1861.

Jill Bolte Taylor's powerful stroke of insight | Video on TED.com
It's pretty amazing. A neuroscientist, Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor, talks about her experience during a stroke where the two brain hemispheres are not in communication and her right side has taken over from her normal left, linearly dominated right side. The right hemisphere is an abstract system of thought with no boundaries.
It describes, for the first time by a scientist, the relationship between the constructed thought system of illusion and the inherent thought system of truth. For years, I have been writing essays describing these two thought systems of thought that govern our everyday lives. The essays are printed in a little newspaper named the Loop, advertizing local merchants, published in Tehachapi where I have my office. The comments I receive on the essays are mostly from people who are passing through who have picked up the free paper for casual reading and ask the editor for past copies.
Free thinking people of political power may find in the short movie of Dr. Bolte some ideas the could have an favorable impact on world politics.
