A review of the solar software may point to the answer.

The Jupiter system of force began 1998 at 553 (26% of max) and increasing for the year. The increase continued until August 2000 reaching 1695 before it began decreasing. History has shown this increase is a factor of global cooling.

The current overall global warming was set up by the low Jupiter system of force August 24,, 1989 of 161. Shortly thereafter, on October 17, 1989 with the Jupiter system of force at 166, the whole world witnessed the M6.9 earthquake that destroyed much of the waterfront and bridges at San Francisco, California.

With the Jupiter system of force increasing to 185 and the Planet force system extremely low at 5.4, an earthquake of M5.4 destroyed Coalinga, California. (only a coincident that the low planet system of force was the same number of magnitude as the M5.4 earthquake)

Another time as the Jupiter system of force reached the low of 186 and decreasing, was May 17, 18, 19, and 20, 1993 as four earthquakes struck Bishop M6.0, M5.2, M4.9 and Ridgecrest M4.8. The planet system of force was 10.0 and increasing.

The planet system of force began the year of 1998 with an increasing force until reaching maximum on January 12, 1998. With both the Jupiter and planet systems of force increasing there was global cooling in process. Added to that was the annual Sun’s system of global cooling for the last half of the year. After January 12, 1998 both the Moon and the planets went in a global warming mode releasing to march 29, 1998. By June 21 the planet system of force was 14.6, then began climbing to a peak September 16, 1998 of 20.8. From that high it began releasing for the rest of the year. By the end of the year the planet system of force had decreased to 12.6.

The next important player in global cooling and warming is the Moon. The Moon reached maximum force January 3, 1998 and was moving at a 24.6 day rhythm from perigee to perigee. By March 28, 1998 the Moon rhythm had moved to 28.5 days indicating global warming in process staying at that rhythm until April 25, 1998 before it released to 25.9 days July 11, 1998 moving back to 28.5 days by November 4, 1998 and staying there until the end of the year. The rhythm of the Moon is a good yardstick for global cooling and warming when the Jupiter system of force continues to be low.

The receding of Earth from the Sun from December 21, 1997 through June 21, 1998 is the Sun’s system of force and a global warming mode. The return to December 21 in a global cooling mode was offset by the decreasing planet system of force.

The Jupiter system of force is acting directly on the Sun. The Sun does not appear to have the same global cooling and warming system of the Earth, that is, exchanging latent heat from liquid to rock and back,. Both the planet system of force and the Moon system of force work directly on the latent heat exchange within the Earth. How the Sun reacts with an increase or decrease in the Jupiter system of force is not known by me.

What is known by me is the low Jupiter system of force on weather, earthquakes and volcanic eruptions. For example the May 1, 2008 eruption of Chaitan, Chili said not have erupted for the last 9000 years.
Kilauea on the Big Island of Hawaii, has been erupting continuously since 1983. But in mid-March, a new vent formed at the summit, giving Kilauea two large sulfur dioxide outlets instead of one.

Sulfur dioxide, a pollutant that is also generated by burning coal and oil, can lead to asthma and other respiratory illnesses and aggravate lung and heart disease. When combined with dust and sunlight, it makes vog. Mixed with atmospheric moisture, it produces acid rain.
Exceptionally thick gray-white vog has hovered over parts of the Big Island for weeks, particularly those areas downwind of the crater.


The 1998 hot year should be exceeded in the coming years as the Jupiter system of force remains low and reaching 137 May 11, 2010.

History shows the same low Jupiter system of force in the following years.
1513,1553,1692,1968,2010 and 2011.

Myanmar cyclone May 2. One of the photos shows a fallen tree about 6 feet in diameter. Estimating 1/4 inch growth per year the tree was close to 300 years old. Whatever the growth rate, the tree was old and demonstrates at least a long time occurred between such an event.

These events represent thousands of lives lost world wide. To continue pressing the idea that humans cause such events is totally political and without any foundation of truth.

You never predicted the original china earthquake. That was huge and you missed it. Useless theory you have there.

My data only covers the history of California. The program is specific for the areas studied. It does help to determine more and more large events around the world as this era of global warming continues to deepen.
Engineers interested in predicting events in their area would do well to use it. I will soon finish my research on the deadliest tornados of Indiana which will show how the program could be used to predict such events.

The Moon intersected Neptune at 2:48 on May 27, 2008. The Obsidian Volcano sprung into action with 45 small earthquake events for the next two hours. The same area of Nevada that moved a month before also began a series of small events.
At 10PM on the 28th the Moon will pass Uranus and events similar to those occurring a month ago will occur again.
Unfortunately, I have a busy private consulting practice that gives me little time to baby sit the program for future events. But I do monitor all events published in California every day and update my data.

The Moon, Mars, Saturn and Sun are active with the recent small earthquakes (M3.0+) in western Nevada, Greece(M6.3) and China(M5.0+).

The Sun system of force will be releasing to June 21.
As I stated in other essays the movement of planets toward each other result in global cooling from the liquid core. Global warming occurs as they move away from each other.

The Moon was at perigee June 3 with a rhythm of 28.4 days and releasing indicating a general force releasing system throughout the solar system. The tension in the crust releases as the temperature increases allowing stored energy to be released in the form of earthquakes and volcanic eruptions.

The storm systems in the Midwest are a result of the overall releasing forces of the solar systems of force. The Zenith of the Sun at 12:00 noon is tracking through the Gulf of Mexico at 23°N° and 60°W. The Moon is trailing about 85° to the east. The northern concentrated heat of the cones of force for both the Sun and the Moon is tracking 44°N through the heart of the Midwest.

Evidence of long term global warming
At Friday’s congressional briefing, research scientist Gregory J. McCabe presented a study that shows even a 1.5-degree increase in the overall temperature of the Southwest will decrease the river’s flow and increase the likelihood that it will fall short of the amount needed to meet the annual allocations upon which Nevada and the other members of the Colorado River Compact rely.

McCabe’s study estimated the effects of 0.86-degree Celsius warming, which is 1.548 degrees Fahrenheit — the same amount as the climate has changed in the past century — and the 2-degree Celsius, or 3.6-degree Fahrenheit, warming of the climate that scientists say is possible in the next century. He analyzed these changes against the backdrop of tree ring records used to estimate river flows going back more than 500 years, as well as more than 100 years of data from the river.

In another report, the National Weather Service called flooding in Cedar Rapids, Iowa a “historic hydrological event” Thursday as the swollen river poured over its banks at 500 year flood levels, forcing the evacuation of nearly 4,000 homes.

There is no shortage of water in the world. An ocean borders the US on three sides and could be used to supply all the water ever needed. An unlimited supply of geothermal energy for the conversion of sea water for domestic use is within five miles of the surface.

We seemed to be in a century of dysfunctional governments, especially the US government.
Our government chooses to be hostage to foreign oil markets rather than change the policies at home to use our own resources or change laws forcing automobile manufacturers to use the hydrogen in water for fuel.

The war in the Middle East is a religious war. The militant Islamic World is dedicated to the cleansing of the world with the infidel’s blood. The Christian and Judaic Worlds are equally dedicated to preventing it.

There is little doubt in my mind that the dictators of the Islamic world who feel threatened by our constitutional doctrine of individual freedom and who control the oil market, are trying to influence our next election to ensure the election of the candidate who expresses a more relaxed policy toward the Middle East.

The National Health Agency chooses to use policies and laws that force drugs, surgery and radiation on people for health care rather than allow non-invasive and non killing solutions to health care.

The IPCC chooses to influence the conclusions produced by scientists for political reasons to blame global warming on man made products, thus retarding governments from taking action on a world wide basis from making engineering and medical solutions to an ongoing natural phenomenon..

Climate data
Sir Isaac Newton expressed the Universal Law of Gravitation which I have used in my calculations.
My data has the precision of known planetary rhythm which can not be fudged. Therefore I have confidence in the data. When compared to actual events, it shows global warming and cooling follow the rhythm of the Jupiter system of force.

Why did the IPCC ignore CO2 emissions between 1812 and 1961? My data may show why. The Jupiter system of force was below 400 from 5/26/1806 to 9/08/1818 then rising to a relative low peak of 1498 dated 10/27/1821. In other words, there was a period of 12 years of global warming and only a short period of 3 years of minor global cooling and then followed 40 years of global warming.

History has shown when the Jupiter system of force moves below 400 is the most noticeable period of global warming. Most disasters, abnormal weather and greater seismic events occur during the low Jupiter system of force.

The Jupiter system of force has been below 400 the following years.
1825-1838, 1845-1857, 1865-1878, 1885-1898, 1904-1917, 1925-1937, 1944-1958, 1964-1977, 1984-1997,
2004-2017, 2023-2036.

While little is known about the transfer of latent heat from the inner liquid core, I find a correlation of planet rhythms with seismic activity and weather patterns. My experience has been that the Earth surface is a blanket of insulation from solar heat and the heat penetration from the Sun into the oceans may not exceed 3000 feet. The average depth of the ocean has been estimated at over 13,000 feet covering 71% of the surface of Earth.

My engineering mind says the rhythm of planets have more influence than the direct rays of the Sun. All of the planets are involved with the Jupiter system of force the most important with the Moon being the choreographer.

June 22, 2008 4.0 earthquake was recorded as the Moon intersected Neptune.
On June 25, 2008 the Moon will intersect Uranus. History shows the following events occurred with similar solar configurations.
