Hi Treekiller,
Whether you are saying this sarcastically or literally, it remains a very real enigma. Pollution is something that must be addressed. Global Warming via anthropogenic CO2 is becoming more of a pathetic nuisance related to understanding our climate change issues. I see it as a waste of time to even entertain such fantasy anymore. It's sad, but true. Our global climate is twisting and turning and we are like players in a game of musical chairs. The question remains, can we feed ourselves moving forward?
The question also remains whether or not we can cope with massive swathes of habitable land becoming desert due to shifting currents, and wind...oh, the wind...chapping our little utopia into servitude. And to what end? There is no 'Wizard' behind the screen here. There is Mother Nature toying with us if you subscribe to conventional wisdom, and bringing about anticipated carnage if history is repeating itself. Let's cross our fingers and hope that reducing our carbon footprint will overpower the waining of our Sun...and the increase in Galactic Cosmic Rays increasing cloud cover. Or maybe not... maybe we should pray that we can reverse this cooling trend with CO2. Not going to happen. It's a joke people.
Look to the sun and the current cycle which is going on three years being too late. The writing is on the wall, we are cooling at an alarming rate. Heat-waves here and there are not going to change the trend. The ocean and air currents which have defined our civilization are changing...and this is a big deal.
