I had a nightmare last night, at 2012 we were just starting to recover from the Nuclear winter, the result of Hillary Clinton's first term as president -- she was now the self-appointed ruler of the world (her and Warren Buffet)...and it's one billion inhabitants.

i think it's more some sort of mental thing - like going to the mountain and doing a monotone humm until you get into the harmony of the universe. Seems like humming in the shower would help one resonate better though.
