Default Climate change to cause next world war?

Climate change could cause global conflicts as large as the two world wars but lasting for centuries unless the problem is controlled, a leading defence think tank has warned.

The Royal United Services Institute said a tenfold increase in energy research spending to around £10 billion a year would be needed if the world were to avoid the worst effects of changing temperatures.

Its amazing how spending money always seems to be the sole solution to problems.

have you noticed too that the more money is spent, the less there is to show for it other than whining for more money to cure the problem that wasn't solved - or more likely - was created by the people wanting the money.

It is a ridiculous statement and provides NO logical evidence that the two would possibly be linked to each other. It's a far fetched idea with no basis in reality.
