I don't feel an apology is in order, it's common sense, and I'm sure the survey doesn't fit in EVERY section.

ok, well en42cp may not be as fortunate as ourselves when it comes to common sense, so it might have been nice to have worded your originnaly comment slightly better and in a less harsh way

Hi Charlie and welcome, very well written survey if i do say so myself. Trey I feel you need to "settle down" as Charle clearly states he is a university student completing a final year dissertation and therefore i presume he needs different groups to answer his survey.
