What is solar energy?

Posted 7th-March-2009 at 04:06 PM by gina (President Obama 's energy bill)

What is solar energy? Solar energy refers to the heat and light that is derived from the Sun. It is considered to be renewable energy (it is free from the Sun!).Only a very, very small amount of the solar energy is used. So, this natural resource still has a lot of potential as replacement for other sources of energy which may cost much more money. Carrying out research on this source of energy would be a good idea!
