Well that was pretty cool. I had a hit list of Pyramid Song, Weird Fishes and How to Disappear and they played them all. Top stuff

Been a fan for ages but have never really got my act together with regards to getting tickets for gigs. Had a bit of luck with these two so couldn't pass up the opportunity.
They played a few slower songs which probably work better in a more intimate environment but it was great to hear them live. Bat for Lashes were good too, very Bjork like, but that's no bad thing. |

Good crowd there. Trying to squeeze 40,000 people into Mile End station was interesting

It was a disater at Bethnel Green, or wherever we were. The plice threatened to arrest my mate because she got separated from us, in a different cue. We got through the barriers and she was trapped behind. Some bloke behind her told her to just go underneath the barrier to catch us up. She did and said bloke shouted 'someone's just broken through the barrier'. The polivce accused her of taking hte piss and said she could be arrested, then she disappeared. We refused to leave the barrier area and they kept trying to make us go down to the underground. We kept explaining we were just waiting for our mate because we didn't know what had happened to her & I was worried they were going to arrest her. Eventually we agreet to wait at the bottom of the escalators and she appeared, trying her best to stop crying. A few hugs later and everyone was ok.

Oh aye, no random people I used to know walking past me or anything on the way back. Trains are easy. All of the adventures were had whilst in London.
