Default Thick masss is it recoverable?

Hi
I have been experimenting with producing my own biofuel for some months, with very good results until now. The last test batches I have done have turned into a thick semi-solid mass with no seperation. I did three test batches from my 150ltr drum, the first following a titration test which indicated 1.5 gramsNaOH to turn the testing fluid red plus the standard 4.0 NaOH grams+ 200mls methanol to convert and this was done at 55 deg temp. This turned into an unusable thick semi-solid mass.
I then tried repeating the experiment by increasing the NaOH by 0.5grams a couple of times, up to 6grams NaOH per liter with the same end result.
Any advice, can this be reverted or has there been some other influence on this , ie high ratio animal(chicken fat) content.
Cheers Paul
