Great scoop, but dont forget to give credit to EarthJustice for the lawsuit.
This is a case of the Clean Water Act vs. HAB or Harmful Algae Blooms from Agricultural and Industrial Nutrient Enriched Storm water runoff.
TMDL's have not been set as were promised in 1998.
There it is again "Land Based Nutrient Enriched Storm water runoff."
The reef fish that caused the Ciguatera Outbreak ate some of that Blue/Green Algae.
