This could be good but a couple of points might need furher clarifaction.
Installed capacity is just that. Installed capacity.
For an installed capacity of 120,000 MW of wind power, an output of 40,000 MW would be about par for the course. That's around 11% of 2006 consumption. If, as expected, consumption increases significantly between now and 2020, that percentage will also drop.
And that's if the plans are realised.

They might do more wind, overall consumption might decrease.....but I wouldn't bet the farm on either outcome.
