WaterSISWEB is dedicated to Water Resources only.
Everyone can
register in this website to start posting links and share his/her bookmarks with other members of the community. Users also can vote for and comment on other posted links.
The interesting fact about social bookmarking websites like this is that they are run by users, just like this forum. One big difference with
Watersisweb and this forum is that users vote determine the location of the post in the page. When users post a new link it first appears in the
Upcoming section of the website and after it gets enough votes it becomes popular and moves to the
Top page.
