Haven't used the word bollocks for a while and nearly did there for a moment.
Anyway all we are running out of is cheap oil.But we have nuclear power to generate electricy to power up our homes and some of our transport and who knows,public transport may improve to the point where folks actually want to use it.It may mean that some folks will have to shower for a change so buses and trains don't smell like a Mahout's jockstrap but there you are,every lining has a silver cloud or something.
