What no reply CT? If anyone looked at the Fossiac paper and JamesM's thesis then the absolute and undeniable proof of plaigarism would be found. Further papers were written including sections of his work almost like a personal publishing vendetta.
As for the Fossiac paper ironically enough the primary author is most likely to be least guilty. As for the other authors they plaigarised with full knowledge that they were stealing JamesM's work and publishing it as their own, as such they have no defence.
It is for Durham and Newcastle to check the ethics of the researchers they employ, my guess is JamesM will just sell the story to the first offer he receives to balance the books.
