Hi everybody, I'm new here and pretty new to using forums. I thought I would join this forum so that maybe I might become more aware of the state of the earth, and also maybe to educate myself more on the things that I can do and change, to make the world a better place to live for everyone. I thought that a forum might be a great place to start because there are so many websites and so much information all over the web that I find it very over whelming, really hard to navigate, and I don't know where to start. I can tell you that I have changed my light bulbs over to compact flouresants, I turn more lights off, I actively participate as much as possible in earth hour, I recycle like you wouldn't beleive. Sometimes I find myself throwing things in the trash that I wish I knew where I could recycle them, but just dont know if I can. I'm trying to grow some of my own vegetables this spring, I dont know how it will work out but thought I would give it a try anyway. Anyway, I'm rambling on here so I thing I will go try and find a forum to talk in.
