Whoever insults for the sake of it will disappear though. eventually the rest of us just runs them out of town, so to say.

So if they like the site then they do try to preserve their friendship and/or pecking order position within the site to lengthen their stay and their enjoyment. We don't join forums to agree with everyone else, so it mainly leaves the "for arguments sake" is the norm. Usually in life we argue until someone has nothing extra to say (or the dumb person resorts to shouting the same point over because he lost).

With the internet it is impossible, google will bring up endless arguments and counter arguments that unless the information is evaluated and has proper referencing, no one will win.
