You use the word "gas". In an international forum you should be careful to explain whether you are talking about petrol - road fuel for cars - or gas, as for cooking.

I suspect you are trying to propagate an ancient scam dating back at least as far as the 1930s. This usually has the form of telling people there is a magic method of improving performance by adding water in some unspecified way to a car's fuel supply. Of course, it is nonsense.
