The Hudson Institute (writers of the article) is a highly respected policy related organization (think tank). The article states nothing new, just the same truth that is luckily working its way into an arena that influences policy.

let the people decide who is reputable. Maybe the ninty percent of their thinking (ideas, policies and articles) are quite alright, but then look who supports them, they love a cash grab.
