don't have a telly, so didn't see the programme, but the same problem exists on radio with climate change. An amazing proportion of programmes - news and discussion, seem to bring on a climate change sceptic for balance. Once in a while that's fair enough, but the proportion of climate change sceptics on radio seems far higher than the proportion of peer reviwed climate change articles in scietific journals. So the media is giving the climate change sceptics far more weight than the scientific community does.
