Not that graphs alone prove anything. I mean you could plot potato chip consumption in the Faroe Islands since 1921 against temperatures in a location where you found the data to somewhat correspond, but clearly it wouldn't show anything.

I wonder sometimes if we don't all get a bit too caught up with statistics for everything at the expense of scientific processes?
