Earth and planets part 2 drought
The headlines read “Scientists offer changes to stop Global Warming.” That is an astounding statement. One can understand a reporter accepting such a premise at odds with even common sense, but For a scientist to do so is degrading for the entire profession. It is like saying scientists offer changes in the rotation of the Sun. No one can stop global warming or even make a dent in it. What effects the planets effects the Sun. what effect the Sun effect the Earth and there isn‘t anything man can do about it.
For many years, I made calculations for flood protection as an engineer for Flood Control Districts based on facts protected by law. This procedure became a mindless acceptance of a slave mentality to follow duty. The origin of the data to estimate the flow of water in a given stream came from empirical data. The empirical data was developed by scientists plotting the magnitude of rainfall in an area, measured by rainfall gages, on a graph and by mathematical analysis determined how many times a magnitude of rain would return over time. A rhythm was produced estimating a magnitude of rainfall for returns of 2, 5,10,20,50 and 100 years. Not the engineer or the scientist had any idea why such a rhythm developed and when a storm hit greater than the flow predicted for 100 years they simply said. “Well, that prediction did not mean another 100 year storm could not return next year.” So peoples lives are lost and property destroyed because we accept a fictitious premise.
Drought history for the American southwest was reconstructed by the University of Arizona using a network of tree ring chronologies across the United States. This network, provides a detailed history of calibrated drought severity over a region roughly including Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Colorado, New Mexico, and west Texas. The research shows a number of droughts: the 6 year drought of the mid 1930’s, the 26 year southwest drought of the 1580s, and the 26 year southwest drought of the 1280s . Relatively short (multiyear) but intense droughts such as the 1930 's Dust Bowl period were found to recur roughly once or twice per century, whereas longer droughts for decades occur only a few times in a thousand years.
Nikola Tesla was born July 10, 1856, in Smiljan, Croatia and he died Jan. 7, 1943, in New York City. Tesla was a Serbian-American inventor and researcher who discovered the rotating magnetic field, the basis of most alternating-current machinery. Tesla invented the science of electrical engineering. Among many of Tesla‘s ideas was the notion that the Earth was a huge battery, exchanging direct electrical current with the atmosphere. From personal experiences on live volcanoes on North and Central America, and Hawaii I concluded Tesla was indeed correct, and the electron exchange between Earth and the atmosphere appear to be the cause of weather patterns. Knowing what symptoms to look for, one can see the exchange in cloud formations in the sky and along mountain ridges. It can also be seen in televised weather channels as time lapsed scenes flit across the screen. Without this exchange there would be no weather. Both the Sun and the Moon are the largest players in the generation of electronic exchange acting with a cone of force on the Liquid core of Earth with a base of 3000 miles and a lever arm with a length of their respective distances from Earth. The drag of this cone of force against the mantle and crust of the spinning Earth creates the magnetic field altering its physiognomy over its 5 billions year life. It has slowed the Earth’s rotation, tilted its axis and moved the continental plates and the Moon’s orbital path.
The weather patterns appear to follow the 18.6 year Moon system moving easterly at the rate of 3.7 miles per day, sometimes under oceans and sometimes under continents. The western movement of the Moon from full-moon to new-moon is the most intense electron exchange phase between the Earth and the atmosphere modulated by the 27 day rhythm of the Moon orbit and the rhythm of the changing force of the Sun and planets. It is a 24 years rhythm when the Moon is at the maximum electron exchange with the Earth so that it takes 446 years for the two to be synchronized over a given area of the Earth on a specific date. This could account for the return of droughts of decades discovered by the study of dendrochronology to occur only a few times in a thousand years.
The Moon’s orbital system returns at 93 year intervals to the same time of year. Perhaps this could account for the recurrence of droughts roughly once or twice per century and the 100 flood flow return.
Dendrochronology is not as specific with dates as the events of the solar system and so the reporting of the time spans mentioned have to be inferred within the time frames produced by the solar system. From the summer of 1268 to summer of 1320, the summer of 1564 to the summer of 1623, and the summer of 1921 to the summer of 1980 there was a low planetary force being applied to Earth by the solar system, which has been shown by my program to cause global warming.
The geodetic position (the exact geographical position of the Zenith of the Sun or Moon on the surface of the Earth) of the Moon’s 18.6 year system was passing over the American southwest twice in the 26 years, as reported in each of the years of 1268, 1580,
The solar system set the event of 1268 with the global warming system that began in the winter of 590, the peak of rising solar force and, the then, current global cooling era. From that peak, a new era of global warming would begin as the winters would march to warmer and warmer winters at a pace of 60 years rhythm to a low solar force in the summer of 1237. This was the lowest solar force since the winter of 877’78. The summer of 1127 would marked the end of the march to warmer winters and the beginning of the march to cooler winters peaking in the winter of 1444’45 and holding steady through the winter of 1623‘24.
**** During the global cooling era from the 17th to the 18th century there were frost fairs held in London, England as these highly popular and colorful affairs were held on the frozen winter waters of the Thames River.* The first frost fair documented was held in 1683 when the river froze over in December and its surface remained as solid ice for two months.* It was during that year that one of the highest series of forces from the planets in 60 years occurred. A similar high force occurred in 1742.* Another significant high force would occur in December 1861.* The effect of this global cooling was noted in California, USA, although it does not have the recorded history that England has.* The highest rainfall ever recorded in California occurred during the winter of 1861-1862. This data was never used in development of the empirical formulas for prediction of flows in streams or rainfall because it was too far off the graph. The planetary force of 1623 was the 8th highest force recorded in the 4000 years of my data. The highest was in the winter of 323BC which coincidently marked the end of the Minoan dynasty and the beginning of classical Greek.
